Blinking amber light on back so i believe it does not work properly. Selling as non-working only. Power cord NOT included. Their is one green light that stays on, one amber light blinking on and off, and three others that are not on (see photos). Also, its says 230VAC for the input but has a standard 120V power cord receptacle (see photo).
