Most of the surplus items we sell are used. Condition of an item, whether new, used, or refurbished, will be stated in items description. All items are sold as is with no warranty or guarantees unless otherwise stated in the specific items description. Items with warranty are warranted for 14 days from date of receipt.
On items that are eligible for return - the return shipping is the buyers responsibility. Refunds will be minus our cost of shipping unless there was an error on our part.
Cancellations are accepted prior to shipment. If an item has already been shipped, a cancellation will be accepted, less the shipping cost plus 15% restocking fee.
All items will ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. However, most items ship within 24hrs of receiving cleared payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping cost for each item is listed directly on the page showing the item for sale. If the shipping cost shows $0.00 then there is no charge for shipping of that particular item.
Most items will ship via Fedex Ground. Some lighter weight items will ship via USPS. Additionally, ALL items with a total cost (price + shipping) of $500 or more will always require a signature.
